New Shop taking shape
« on: February 12, 2009, 04:55:33 AM »
Well, I'm certainly no machinist but I am definitely one who must work with his hands to be happy.  I'm finally starting to take delivery of the stuff to build my garage workshop after having moved in last November.  Still lots to get but at least it's taking shape.  Newest additions are all the Whirlpool Gladiator benches, cabinets and accessories.  I have 4 jumbo cabinets still to come.  A pic of the new small Jet horizontal/vertical band saw, Delta 8" variable speed grinder, and the Palmgren cross vise for the 20" Delta drill press on its way.  I'm just itching to get a mill, we'll see.

WWII 60" Anti Aircraft Carbon Arc (Sold), Short Arcs: 1.6KW NightSun, 1KW Marconi, 1KW VSS-3a, .8KW TrakkaBeam, 600 Watt M-134 Gun Light, 300 Watt Locators, Megaray, 150 Watt Set Beam, 150 Watt Communicator, Maxabeam Gen3, Fritz HandSun, LarryK14@52V

Your garage is looking better than my house.
