[1] - Every electrical application requires a circuit just not the PCB variety you're hinting at...
[2] - 50w pulls about 4.1A @ 12v Lumen ratings vary up to about 750~950Lm (Osram 64440) depending on methodology of testing & design (not counting overdriven bulb output)
[3] - Maximum throw would be achieved by a super smooth reflector
[4] - Running a high output bulb such as this would definitely require a lens upgrade as stock plastic lenses & reflectors will simply melt
It might help if you detail what you're hoping to achieve, the type of intended light host & power source... oh and FWIW you'd probably achieve nearly as much performance with one of the new SSC P7 emitters (D bin)
