Britt's Complete Lionheart package Raffle....ALL DONE
« on: September 06, 2005, 09:55:08 AM »

         ******************** :blob8: :blob8: :blob8: :blob8: :blob8:********************

Hot on the heels of the Arc AA raffle, Britt has offered up yet another
awesome amazing package and trust me, this one WILL knock your socks off.

Britt has always been a tremendously generous soul and as such, this raffle
will be FREE. Some of you may be asking, is it appropriate especially given
world and US events at this point in time. I do not speak for Britt, nor
would I seek to put words in his mouth (so take these as my own) but I
would say - instead of giving the money to us, give directly to your
favorite cause. You make the call where your contribution should go, you
make the contribution in whatever form (money, time, one article even
mentioned donating blood for those in medical need, or you could buy $200
worth of $2 flashlights and drive down to the affected areas
:icon_biggrin:), as much or as little as you want. Just follow your own
sense of integrity and do what you feel is right. Then come back and pick
your numbers here :)

This raffle will be for a Lionheart, additional 168 power pack, holster,
two cells, red tipoff filter (think it's a Surefire), Pila battery charger
and UCL glass lens. As you can see this is Lionheart #299.

Did I say pick a number? This raffle will follow the traditional
pick-a-number system, as before, except I'm too scatterbrained to keep
track of the numbers so I'll get my computer to do it for me. This way
there's no chance of someone picking a number that's already taken.

I was asked to give non-Lionheart owners special consideration, so they get
to pick THREE numbers instead of one. This will operate on the honor
system, if you DO NOT have a Lionheart, then you should click on the
non-Lionheart-owners link. Of course, if we do happen to find you have a
Lionheart after you picked three numbers, you'll be disqualified on the
basis of dishonesty and the package will go to the next eligible person so
don't say we didn't warn you!

Lionheart owners are still welcome to participate but will only be
permitted to pick one number.

This raffle will end after TWO HUNDRED and NINETY NINE numbers have been
picked or 14:00 hours, Sunday, 11th September 2005, GMT. Please
calculate your own time zone offsets. My favorite digital timepiece is
Worldtime from pawprint.net. (299 - the
number of the Lionheart.. :rotflmao:)

The reason I'm using GMT is that it's easy to calculate, simply click on
the small digital clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
Click the "Time Zone" tab and you will see your GMT offset. For example,
(GMT -05:00) Eastern Time would mean you deduct 5 hours from GMT, so 14:00
- 5 = 9:00AM, then you apply your daylight savings (10AM). Otherwise let
the calculator do it for you :)

The raffle starts NOW. The moment you see this, go ahead!

Please choose the correct link to pick your numbers:

NO I do not have a Lionheart
(three chances)

YES I have a Lionheart (one chance
only)

Here are some pix to whet your appetite in the meantime.
