New Shop finally ready
« on: November 20, 2007, 05:06:38 AM »
Sorry for the Delays on my end for the past few weeks but since the cold weather moved into New England I needed to get my new shop up and running ASAP.

Here are a few pictures

Curtains keep the chips to one portion of the room. These where the cheap way out. I believe I will upgrade to a real curtain soon though there not cheap at $400.

Wow, Mac, glad you took pics.  That's the cleanest it's ever gonna be.   :D  Beautiful shop, though.  I anticipate many more awesome Mac creations.  And hey, let's get that window trimmed out, alright?  :laughing7:

Thanks for the comments guys. I put on order a couple 2' x 4' aluminum diamond plate peg boards which should help with storage. I also have 2 Gladiator wall cabinets I was going to mount up on the wall but may mount them under the benches.

OK, I'm saving these pics so I can show my wife how I want to set up my garage when we finally move to Maine.

I'm impressed mac! How do you juggle all of your responsibilities?

Simply awesome setup.  I am dreaming of having my own dedicated workshop someday.

One thing I noticed, is that your Computer on the floor right next to the subwoofer?  Most subs aren't shielded, so not a good location so close to it, plus, it's best to elevate the PC off the floor a bit.  Many times, PC's get ruined from flood damage or any major water spill, just a few inches off the ground can make all the difference.

Oh, and how about some current pics?  How clean have you kept your new shop?  :p
