« on: November 12, 2007, 06:42:49 PM »
To be continued... All done, just need to put it together...  MORPHS AND ROTATING SHOTS!

The difference between the 14.4v (12 elite 2/3A cells) and a 15.6v (1 additional cell) is amazing!
Correction, 14.4v pack had defective cells and the 14.4v shots are inacurate...

Full Manual Controls and a Tad Underexposed...
These shots will be brighter in person but the "difference" in brightness between shots is in the pics!

Yes it's on!

Hey,        Aircraft800

That is one of Lux's new packs.

Although that pack will fry the 64623 100w bulb hot off the charger, the camera captured the incredible jump in output adding 1 cell makes for that bulb. It stays nice and white through a large part of the run too.  I had read it made a differnce but I'm a believer now!

Running these bulbs, close to the "limits", with soft-start will prolong the inevitable LED takeover someday...

Cheers.

Are you sure that 14.4v pack is not defective? I have built both stlyes and from what I remember the difference was no way that noticeable.
