Whatta beauty!  As for lumen output, take the flux output one Cree is rated for at 933 mA, and multiply that by three...

That one sold but I do have another built but I do not have another tri-flupic board. Kevins last batch of tri-flupics didn't go very well. So I'm debating on what board to install in this light. I may install 2, 1000ma boards for 2000ma divided by 3 = 666ma per LED.

I don't think the Shark would work well as the VF of 3 LED's at 1 amp is around 10.5V. A Single "C" Li-Ion is 3.7v so the Shark would have to boost almost 3X.

I finished up the light yesterday Each LED is seeing around 700ma.
