Thanks guys. Apparently (get this) I've been walking around (and working) with a perforated appendix for 3 weeks. Didn't even know that was possible.  antibiotics and surgery and morphine will sort me out, I guesssssssssss..........................................................

You're in our thoughts loa, rest up and take care of first things first.  Good luck with the surgery and please keep us updated on how you're doing if you're feeling up to it.  If not, just get back to us when you're good and ready dammit!

Can or should it be removed?  I hear it's an unnecessary internal appendage anyway, just waiting to become inflamed or all sorts of other terrible things.

I'm going to let a 'cat' out of it's bag... i was going to wait 'til 20 tix but it's close enough... Here is my 'loophole' i figured out and it's getting close enough to make it a reality... The space cannon light is completely a donation to MBF... but since MBF doesn't 'take' donations, I decided i would raffle it off and take the proceeds and pick out a different light of my own choosing (makes it more fun for me)... from the BST of MBF... and you guessed it... raffle that one off too. I call it the 'rolling raffle'.

I may be able to re-inaugurate it- Although I do love the Space Cannon, I am finding that I am not using it as much as I ought. I just generally use a smaller light!

It was so so cool (and such a morale booster) to have won this while I was in the hospital. I'd like to push the feeling on, if there is interest.

The SC does have an UNBELIEVABLY smooth beam, and focusses. And it's a LuxV.. with a current top-shelf emitter this thing would kill. Hmm, maybe I should start thinking about using a larger flashlight....

So. Whaddya say? Think I ought?

Loalight, that's awfully generous of you.  And, I, too, am ready to throw the "Arc Slut" back into the fold, so to speak.  So we have a couple of pretty decent items here.
