No, but I've written it down and I'm going to ask for it at our local cheese shop.  I'm salivating at the thought.  What kinds of crackers do you use?  I like the Stoned Wheat Thins from Red Oval Farms (product of Canada).

Hi Troy...you'll not regret the St Agur....

Secret is to leave it out of the fridge for 30-40 minutes prior to serving..so that it's soft and creamy enough for spreading etc...

As for crackers...the thinner the better...

Yep, you gotta get it down to room temperature to have the proper taste.  I'll let you know when I've got that St. Agur.

I LOVE British Blue Cheeses. Though I'm most familiar with Stilton ( passé ...I know). I'll head up to the Gourmet Deli up the street and see if they have some  St Agur. I've earned a treat dammit ! Here's an old picture of some non-descript Danish Blue cheeese.
I just bought grapes so all I need is some Stoned Wheat Thins , apples, Wassa and some wine. What do you suggest in the Wine Dept? I wonder if a hard cider might not work as well ?

Just so you can see that I'm not necessarily the food snob I'd like to be. Here I am flipping Chicken, Burgurs, Weinersnitzel (SP?) and Bratwurst for friends.

Hey that's lovely. I've never had that. I'll be in Mexico City in April. Any tips on where I can get some ? "On its most basic level, Carne Asada is a marinated and grilled steak, sliced thin and served on tortillas. This “grilled beef” can be used however you want it, in tacos, burritos or served up straight. The basic method is to marinate most any kind of beef in a lime based marinade. Grill it over a hot fire and then slice into thin strips across the grain. But there is a whole lot more to it than that."

Today's Menu, Carne Asada, Corn and FlourTortilla's, Salsa. Taco's or Burrito's.

Are those Jalapenos on the grill too? And as if the cholesterol wasn't even enough already, you add avocado to the tortilla too!  >:(
