It does not.  Specificaly, the software supports it through an Aspell software module that must be installed in the Apache server.  It is not working or not configured correctly.

I'm still working on it and I'm the one that needs the spell check feature most of all.

if you use mac os-x just right click any place you type and turn on 'check spelling as you type'... spelling is built into the OS.. one of my favorite (and most needed) functions.. you guys can probably tell when i'm posting from my xp machine because of the crazy amount of typo's.. I type very fast.. up to 100wpm.. but accuracy is not my thing.. those red underlines are very helpful.

Andrew, now that is a classic.  Every single word is a real word and would not be picked up by any Spell Check software.  Bravo for sharing that.

to be fair.. "chequer" is really a british variant but it is a 'real' word.. most us spell checkers will flag it, i've thought of chaning it to 'check her'... it is a classic.. the best is if you have the computer speak it to you.

Could we add a few words to the spell checker so it does not flag these common words ? (when you get bored enough)  :D

- Lux, Lumen, Lumens, Luxeon, Lumileds, incan.

Thanks

BTW - this forum works great.
