Yesterday China Guys (The Manufacturer) requested:

Input Voltage

Water Type (Fresh - Salt) & Depth

I went with 14.4v  -  Min Depth/Fresh Water for cost savings and Round-Cylindrical Light as small as possible.

Let's see what they come up with as I have no Idea!      Pics to follow...     35 to 50 Watt Dual Output Light

What sort of dimensions are we looking at here? I guess what I'm asking is what is the smallest diameter ballast available?

Allot of R & D going into this light. I got a glimpse of the "behind the scenes" and it's very intriguiging. These are early designs and show only the partial design with older layout...

I'm pulling for 24 - 50 watts...

50 mm   = 1.97 inches
65 mm   = 2.56 inches
90 mm   = 3.55 inches
170mm  = 6.70 inches
220 mm = 8.67 inches
270 mm = 10.64 inches

I am still trying to figure out where they got many of the exterior design elements during their extensive R&D process...
Flats on bezel, center ballast area shape and design, tailcap, radial groves tappering to the body...Basically the whole concept.
Now I see they are trying to put the 3 Pic rails on too!  Do these people have an original thought in their head?

See: http://polarion-usa.com/media/Polarion_Images/Pages/CSWL-Images.html#14
http://polarion-usa.com/media/Polarion_Images/Pages/CSWL-Images.html#24

Consummate knock-off artists and the reason I literally throw them out of the Polarion booth when they come by with the digital cameras and name tags turned around...

Cracks me up...

I only got a pic of the top lights and they looked like handhelds but having seen the latest pics on the 28th I would have to agree with you on all points...

Uses all the expensive reflector parts and stuff. I imagine dealer cost would be around $800 but don't know for sure. I'll test the one I'm getting for reliability and power. The parts look like they were machined from the same shop as other lights  :D

The Extensive R&D that the Night Reaper is going through will surely make it one of the most tough and durable product. Under water you have to combat salt water first which usually destroys the equipments. Secondly, the water pressure has to be tolerated. Great Product to come out for sure. I will be waiting.
